Eating Disorders Outreach Team


Mission

The Eating Disorder Outreach Team (EDOT) at the Counseling Center provides a range of easily accessible and professional services to students, faculty, and staff members who are affected by or concerned for others struggling with disordered eating or body image concerns.

Priorities

  1. The team’s primary purpose is to provide education about prevention and management of disordered eating to students, faculty, and staff of the university community.
  2. The team provides preventative services and information as scheduled each semester as well as to those who request it.
  3. The team works in collaboration with other Counseling Center outreach teams as well as with campus organizations and units.
