At times, it might feel like procrastination keeps you from truly accomplishing what's most important to you. This workshop will help you reflect on how you prioritize, learn task-management and motivation strategies, and understand the importance of self-care and allowing yourself breaks.
We know that in the time of COVID-19, it can be especially hard to focus and manage time, so we've put a version of our workshop online! We hope it's helpful. In addition, we've also created a workshop about self-control and managing impulses that may also help you if you have challenges with time management. We will be offering virtual live time management workshops in Fall 2020. Check back in September if you're interested in registering for one of those.
