Theoretical Orientation:

I approach my clinical work from an integrative approach, focusing on clients' needs. I integrate client-centered, constructive, and feminist psychotherapies with cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques to address client concerns.  I see therapy as a collaborative process where the client is the expert on the experience and I acknowledge the unique personhood of every client.  I embrace genuineness, empathy, and compassion in the therapeutic relationship.

Professional Interests:

Anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image concerns, relationship issues, stress management,  LGBTQIA+ identity concerns, how our brain systems affect our mental health. My professional interests are wide and varied and I enjoy seeking out new opportunities to learn in the mental health space to help my clients.
