These questions guide you scheduling an in-person appointment at the Counseling Center online. First, please answer the following pre-screening questions.
- Have you been seen at the Counseling Center in the last six months?
- Are you enrolled in a completely online academic program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign?
- Are you currently located outside of Champaign/Urbana?
- Are you seeking couples counseling services?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please call the Counseling Center at 217-333-3704 to make an appointment rather than attempting to schedule online.
If you answered no to all these questions, online scheduling is a good option for you and you can select continue below. You also always have the option of calling the Counseling Center at 217-333-3704 to schedule if that's more convenient.
Our mission is to attend to your well-being, but to do that, we need to be able to maintain ours. When coming to an appointment, please consider how you feel, whether you’ve been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, and the precautions you are taking. When clinically indicated, we do provide a telehealth option. However, most of all, we want you to focus on caring for yourself. If you are feeling even a little under the weather, please take care of your health, and ours, and consider rescheduling your appointment.
Please note: Although masks are no longer required in the Counseling Center, you are welcome to wear a mask at any time for your safety and the safety of others.
I have answered no to the above questions and wish to continue.
