Theoretical Orientation:

I utilize an integrative approach in therapy where I use a wide range of different techniques based on my clients' needs. I incorporate cognitive (e.g., CBT, DBT), humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches to better understand my clients’ and I use a holistic approach to understand my clients’ physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. I also provide Spanish-speaking services to all students.

Professional Interests:

Multicultural counseling, trauma, grief and loss, disordered eating and body image concerns, men's issues, acculturative stress and adjustment concerns.
