I work from an integrative approach that is student-centered and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and existential perspectives. I strive to help students understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also building practical skills to manage distress and navigate life’s challenges. I value creating a safe and affirming space where students can explore their identities, values, and sense of purpose.
