Theoretical Orientation:

I take an integrative approach to therapy, including techniques in acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. My work strives to empower students to pursue their aspirations in a holistic, relational way that emphasizes strengths in the context of healing and community.

Professional Interests:

Broadly, I am interested in supporting students in higher education settings through the personal and professional developmental milestones of emerging adulthood. I have a particular focus on disability justice and chronic illness, navigating experiences of gender-based violence, and LGBTQ+ identity development.
