Theoretical Orientation:

In supporting students, I incorporate a person-centered, feminist-multicultural, and strengths-oriented approach. I believe therapy is most meaningful and impactful when a collaborative, honest, and safe relationship is formed between therapist and client. To facilitate this, I focus on fostering healing through a flexible, warm, and growth-oriented therapeutic process.

Professional Interests:

As college can be a pivotal moment for many college students, I enjoy supporting clients through life transitions, major and career concerns, LGBTQA+ identity development and religious and spiritual questions. I also highly value working with clients navigating relationships, whether with family members, friends, romantic partners, roommates or even with yourself. Finally, my professional interests include working with concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity and grief.
