Theoretical Orientation:

I take an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy that draws from humanistic and client-centered frameworks, including relational cultural, feminist, emotion-focused, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral approaches. My work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and gender- and neurodivergent-affirming. I believe that most distress stems from disconnection—both from ourselves and others—originating from trauma, oppression, and invalidation. My goal is to tailor treatment to your unique goals and needs, creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Professional Interests:

Identity exploration, life transitions and adjustment, depression and anxiety, interpersonal and relationship issues, neurodivergence, minority stress, LGBTQ+, Asian American identity
