Theoretical Orientation:

I utilize an integrative approach to therapy. I primarily practice through a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens, but I incorporate a range of evidence-based frameworks such as person-centered, solution-focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to best support each client’s goals. My aim is to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to each client, so they can feel truly supported and empowered as we navigate their unique journey together.

Professional Interests:

My areas of professional interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, first-generation college students, and mental health awareness within Middle Eastern communities.
