Theoretical Orientation:

I primarily work from a person-centered approach, which emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and the belief that clients are the experts of their own lives. I integrate elements of feminist theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and interpersonal processing to support clients in exploring their experiences within personal and social contexts while tailoring to their needs. Collaboration is central to my work as I aim to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them in their growth. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

Professional Interests:

Some of my professional interests include identity exploration and development, life transitions, first-generation and international student concerns, chronic illness, anxiety, self-compassion/self-esteem, trauma, and social justice.
