Interactive Resources

The Counseling Center and the university are committed to giving you the tools that you need to be well and take charge of your mental health. In addition to a range of counseling services and mental health programming, we offer several interactive tools. These tools allow you to check in on your mental health, support your understanding of behaviors that promote wellness, and train you to recognize symptoms of mental distress in others and connect them to available resources.

Kognito At-Risk: This interactive training gives you tips on recognizing distress in your peers, provides a space to practice talking to them about what you've noticed and then guiding them to resources on campus that can provide assistance.

Mindwise Mental Health Screenings: These quick, confidential screenings allow you to assess for depression, anxiety, alcohol or substance misuse, disordered eating, and several other mental health conditions. They are not meant to be a diagnosis, but can be a good first step in discussing your concerns with a counselor.

Telus Health Student Support: This service allows students to access counseling services anywhere in the world via text or phone.

TogetherAll Peer Support: TogetherAll allows students to connect with peers around caring for their mental health.

WellTrack Interactive Self-Help: Well Track is an app that allows you to track your moods and learn about how you can better control conditions like anxiety and depression.
