My personal style is grounded in a humanistic, client-centered foundation incorporating interventions from a variety of frameworks, including cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, feminist, and existential therapy. In my work, I strive to build a supportive relationship where clients can feel safe and empowered to tackle any obstacles they face.

Some of my professional interests include identity development, trauma, grief and loss, social justice, life transitions and adjustment, LGBTQ+ issues, gender-affirming care, religion and spirituality, and social media.
