I employ an integrative approach, grounded in interpersonal process therapy, drawing techniques from a range of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and feminist therapy. I strive to provide culturally-responsive treatment that is adapted to the specific needs of each client.

Professional Interests:

Some of my professional interests include identity development, trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, social justice, life transitions and adjustment, LGBTQ+ issues, religion and spirituality, and social media.
