Theoretical Orientation:

My approach to therapy is collaborative and focused on identifying each person’s strengths, challenges, and concerns. I use a combination of Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to support clients in reaching their goals. My aim is to help individuals better understand their experiences and build confidence in making choices that support their well-being.

Professional Interests:

Interests include mindfulness-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). While my current focus is on college students, I am also interested in working with populations such as individuals experiencing substance use challenges and romantic couples. My primary goal is to focus on individual therapy; however, I am open to opportunities in group therapy settings as well.
