In Focus Workshops
In Focus is a two-week program designed to address concerns that students with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and ADHD-like symptoms commonly have. This series is typically offered throughout the fall and spring semesters. This program is open to all Illinois students—you do not need to be a current client of the Counseling Center.
This series is interactive and gives students practical tips for improving focus. We’ll cover:
- Procrastination
- Time Management
- Goal Setting
- Stress Management and Self-Care
It works best if you attend both weeks. In Focus will be offered twice for Fall 2026. To register, please click on the dates you want to attend below.
