These peer-facilitated workshops focus on "Students Helping Students" by enhancing mental health, well-being, and success. Presented by Counseling Center Paraprofessionals. They are held on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. online or across campus.

| February 17 | Time Management: Clock It | Zoom | This Tuesday at 7 will feature skills and tools to help students manage their busy schedules, as well as strengthen any techniques they may already utilize. Additionally, students will develop new strategies to prioritize and better navigate the life of a student. |
| February 24 | Night Shift: Mastering Sleep in a 24/7 World | Lincoln Hall 1002 | It is widely known that sleep is a key factor in leading a healthy life, but why is it so hard to prioritize it? Sleep can affect different aspects of people’s lives including their relationships, academics, and emotional well being. This workshop will discuss sleep hygiene, strategies to improve sleep health, and the emotional and motivational connection that is attached to sleep. |

| March 10 | Your Voice, Your Power: Managing Political Uncertainty | La Casa Cultural Latina 104 | In this workshop, participants will leave with tools on how to manage political uncertainty to help support their everyday lives. This workshop will shift focus away from things out of participants’ control to what participants can control. |

| March 31 | Tool, Not Rule: Navigating AI Use | Education Building 192 | Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an increasingly popular tool among college students, with many benefits and drawbacks. This workshop is a guide for using AI in a way that supports your mental health. |
| April 7 | From Clash to Clans: Managing Conflict | BIF 1041 | Conflict is inevitable in life, but how can we work through it productively? Join our CCPs as we explore ways to handle conflict and have healthy dialogues with friends, peers, family, coworkers, partners, and others. |
| April 14 | Stress Undercover: What Your Body Is Trying to Tell You | Lincoln Hall 1002 | Stress manifests itself in all aspects of one's overall health, and can appear not only in your mind, but also in your body. Join the CCPs to explore physical signs of stress, reflect on personal experiences of stress, and learn strategies for identifying and responding to bodily stress. |
| April 21 | Small Steps, Big Impact: Everyday Actions Toward Suicide Prevention | Grainger Library 429 | As the snow melts and flowers bloom, students struggle with academic stressors, social pressures and the daunting uncertainty of the future, especially with finals and graduation. From quick check in texts and tiny acts of kindness to knowing when to speak up, small actions can go a long way. Join the Counseling Center Paraprofessionals in taking steps to support a person in need. |
| April 28 | Summertime Sadness: Making Space for Difficult Feelings | Zoom | In this workshop, participants will explore the emotional shifts that can arise during summer and learn healthy ways to acknowledge and process those fluctuating feelings. As summer approaches, this workshop utilizes reflections and practical tools that encourage self-compassion, emotional awareness, and personal balance. |
