This is a  workshop that provides practical tips on safe drinking, harm reduction, and how to look out for friends during party season. Students will also engage in interactive activities that make learning about substance use both fun and memorable.

others manage stress, sharpen focus, and recharge their energy during the various pressures of
finals week. In an hour-long Zoom session, participants will learn and understand practical
strategies to stay balanced, clear-headed, and energized to avoid burnout and make time for
self-care.
